Our projects
In addition to our High School Program, we support these important non-profit and service groups throughout the year that share our goals of improving the lives of women and children.
City of Gaithersburg
Our club supports multiple activities sponsored by the City of Gaithersburg including their Holiday Giving Programs at Thanksgiving & through the December Holiday season. We also support the Annual Book Festival and other activities.
Comfort Cases
A Comfort Case gives a child entering foster care a sense of dignity and hope. Each is packed with a cozy new pair of pajamas, a stuffed animal to hug, a toothbrush, soap, and other personal care items. Our club supports packing cases and readying items for packing into backpacks and duffles.
Women Who Care Ministries
This program provides non-perishable food items to low income children each Friday for weekend consumption. Our club supports the packing of these items into bags for distribution.
Rainbow Place Women's Shelter
Between November and March, our club prepares and serves meals twice a month to Rainbow Place Women’s Shelter. This shelter keeps women safe during the harsh winter months and helps them as they transition to a better quality of life.
